This mahogany plywood sailboat was built in Britain in 1966. It had some dry rot that was repaired and peeling paint and varnish all over. We chemically stripped the coatings and applied a soft red mahogany stain and plenty of spar varnish. Endura 2 part polyurethane paint was used on the bottom to give a durable finish, while monourethane paint was used on the interior. In addition to making a few new parts such as handles, mast mount and centerboard braces, we did minor repairs on the mast and centerboard.
